Embodying Resilience
Navigating Stress, Change, and Life Through the Wisdom of the Body
Embodying Resilience™ is an experiential workshop that explores how resilience is not just a mindset—but a physical, embodied practice.≈
Why This Workshop?
Over time, that pressure settles into the body, shaping posture, breath, tension patterns, and even decision-making capacity.
