Over time, that pressure settles into the body, shaping posture, breath, tension patterns, and even decision-making capacity.

 

 Women navigating layered roles—professional, caregiver, leader, evolving self—often carry sustained pressure without pause. Embodying Resilience is an experiential workshop that explores how resilience is psychological and social-but not just a mindset —but a physical, embodied practice.

Drawing from her experience as a professional dancer, choreographer, nationally ranked fitness competitor, and health trauma survivor, Jennifer Lynn Bell offers a grounded and practical perspective on resilience. Participants gain insight into how strength and flexibility must coexist—physically and mentally—to sustain performance and well-being across evolving seasons of life.

Participants Will Explore:

  • How layered emotions manifests physically before burnout becomes visible

  • Why breath shortens and posture tightens under prolonged stress

  • The difference between resilient strength and rigid tension

  • How physical awareness improves emotional regulation and clarity

  • Why flexibility—mentally and physically—is essential for longevity

  • Practical ways to maintain a lifestyle of movement at any age, including during limitation or recovery

Balanced discussion with light mobility and awareness exercises
